The preliminary design is the development of the design concept through a study of the building site, your lifestyle requirements, style preference. Through out this process we work closely with you to insure that we capture your needs and desires. These drawings include the floor plans and floor elevations.
With the current construction material, we can customize the construction of your house so that it will be unique:

Handcrafted log or timber staircases in all styles
Log hand railings (interior or exterior applications)
Custom handcrafted log or timber roof trusses
Custom handcrafted ridge beam and purlins
Pine tongue and groove flooring and paneling

We will help you to put your dreams in concrete form with the best quality of our knowledge. We can with the design concept realise drawings by our architect. We have many drawings to choose from our available library that we can modify easily.
