Description of the project :

Digging of the Lake.

Creation of a Lake and a Leisure Park around the Lake.
Utilisation of the banks to bring the land up to standards to build the cottages.
Construction of two square cottages

Management project :

Study of the project, implementation of the current standard, choice of the construction technics, suppliers and subcontractors proposal for tender.
Set a plan for the workmanship.
Coordination of the construction and subcontractors workmanship.
Supervision of the building site and conformity verification of the current standards.
