To build your dream home, it was necessary to find a magnificent area worthy of it as well as enhancing it. Roberge Lake is the ideal place for the important reason that it is located in the heart of a large private forest domain, pristine, free of pollution thriving in an intact ecosystem, which guarantees a healthy and exceptional environment.
It is situated less than 15 minutes from the city of Maniwaki where you will find all of the amenities including a modern hospital.  Access is gained by a private road, therefore ensuring you security, peace and tranquility.  There is access close by to a bicycle path and the Transcanadian snowmobile trails.  You could benefit from a large system of magnificent non-polluted lakes, full of fish.  Roberge Lake measures 150 feet deep and is full of fish such as pikes and small mouth basses.

Roberge Lake is shaped in the form of a number eight and is just over three and a quarter kilometres long.  It can be seen in full view from the air at the very center of the picture (to the right of this paragraph) with a medium circle making the bottom shape of the number eight and a smaller circle making the upper part of the number eight.  The lake includes several bays and two peninsulas.  The lots are strategically located to the left of the lake’s bigger circle (area at the center left of the aerial picture) in order to receive the maximum possible of sunlight throughout the day.  The natural feature of the ground around the lake elevates gradually like a stairway, eliminating the potential risk of flooding.  A mature forest with huge pines surrounds the lake.  Certain lots have natural beaches.  The fact that the water of this lake and the surrounding ones is pure and drinkable speaks for itself of the uniqueness of this natural beauty.

Lac RobergeThe area is very quiet.  Each lot is boundary-mark and have road access as well as electricity and telephone services.  The parcels of land are wooded and have mature trees so as to guarantee a maximum of privacy and will offer a magnificent view on the lake (as seen on the picture to the left).  The forests surrounding the lake are stocked with game and Virginia deer are abundant.

At the entrance of the road leading to the lake, you will pass a beautiful bicycle path, the Gatineau Linear Park.  It was built on the old railroad track.  It is 57 kilometres long and will lead you to Gracefield or Maniwaki by following the beautiful Blue Sea Lake.  You will also discover more than 850 kilometres long trails for ATV of which 630 kilometres are open all year round.  The snowmobile enthusiasts will be pleased to have access to a Transcanadian trail nearby.
